The advantage of washing gel is that it dissolves well in water and the ropes remain the same after washing. Not only from the point of view of colors (although those are not so important), but mainly of their physical properties.

For easy cleaning and washing of ropes, do not use any detergent. TENDON Rope Cleaner is a highly effective detergent for safe and thorough washing both by hand and in the washing machine. It does not damage the rope in any way, and moreover - after washing and proper drying, the rope ages more slowly and is easier to use.

When you buy a new static rope and it looks like you will have to use it for the first time in a damp or wet environment, we recommend washing the rope first. In this way, you rid the rope of slippery additives (used in the production of PA fibers), which are released from the rope upon first contact with a moist environment.
